As a working student in the Applications & Processes department, you will support Encavis in maintaining and further developing our CRM software (Salesforce) — always in close cooperation with other departments.
Your sunny outlook:
- Support the administration and maintenance of our CRM platform, including updating master data for wind and solar plants
- Perform regular data quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Assist in building and maintaining dashboards and reports for different business units
- Support end-users with troubleshooting and handling of CRM-related issues
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Operations, Investment) to optimize CRM workflows and data structures
- Help document processes and prepare internal training materials
- Participate in ongoing digitalization projects that integrate Salesforce with other business tools
We'll get wind of that soon:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business Studies, Information Systems, Computer Science (or a related field)
- Basic understanding of CRM concepts; previous experience with Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar platforms is a plus
- Technically savvy and proficient in MS Excel and other Office tools (PowerPoint, Word)
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a structured working style
- Good communication skills in English; German is a plus
- Motivated to learn new digital tools and work in an international, fast-paced environment
