Your Responsibilities

  • You ensure that EIGENSONNE is equipped with well-trained and motivated colleagues in the IT area (remote and Berlin) by finding the crème de la crème of the German and European job market, convincing them of us and hiring them
  • As the first contact for our Tech Talents, you ensure an undoubtedly exciting and transparent candidate experience
  • You will oversee and design our Talent Acquisition process and work together with your colleagues from process management to continuously improve it
  • You work with our applicant management tool Personio and maintain data and documents reliably

Your Profile

  • Sales person at heart, communication talent in the head, techie in the dreams: Ideally a bachelor’s degree in economics, communication, social affairs, tech related studies, psychology or a comparable education
  • Neither newbie nor oldie: You have already gained at least 3-4 years of recruiting experience in the IT sector
  • Challenge accepted: You don't shy away from dealing with a difficult talent market (tech).
  • You are a chameleon: In no time at all you adapt to different characters and in the end you win them all over
  • Flexibility = top form: You are a multitasking and organizational talent and keep track of several vacancies that you are responsible for at the same time
  • Fluent in English and German
