institution that contributes to a transformation towards a
sustainable energy supply based on 100 % renewable energy.
Our three research fields are Transformation of

Energy, and Off-Grid Systems.
We conduct applied research to scientifically support the
long-term transition of the energy supply system towards
renewable energy.
We are looking for a

devel-oping and emerging regions. We apply open source methods
and software, collaborate with our partners on equal terms and
emphasize the sustainability of our research results.
We are offering a student position in context of the Green
Hydrogen Generation Potential based on Renewable Energies in
Central Asia project: Central Asia is a promising partner region
from which green hydrogen could potentially be imported. However,
the potential of hydrogen production based on renewable energy
has not been sufficiently explored. The main challenges and
questions are whether green hydrogen production and export is
feasible given natural resources and energy infrastructure,
whether sustainability criteria can be met, whether it can
contribute to the strengthening of national energy systems, and
whether regional cooperation can be strengthened through green
hydrogen production.
Your tasks:
- Collect data and review literature relevant for the project
- Support the organization of events and fields trips related
