International Communications – Sustainability and Energy Efficiency in Buildings

Are you creative with a talent for taking techincal concepts and turning them into easy-to-understand and engaging texts? Are you looking for somewhere to put your social media and communication skills to use, and are you interested in supporting the development of our new website? Then apply for an internship at the International Passive House Association (iPHA) in international communications!

iPHA is a global network of Passive House stakeholders including architects, planners, scientists, suppliers, manufacturers, contractors and property developers. It works to promote the Passive House Standard and foster a greater public understanding of its significance. Encouraging the exchange of Passive House knowledge, iPHA communicates with the media, policymakers, the general public and the entire range of construction professionals.

About the position:

• Online and print communication
• Strategic social media planning
• Website maintenance
• Writing and proofreading skills
• Stakeholder communication
• Research
• Graphic design or video editing experience

About you:

• Native English speaker – ideally with some knowledge of German
• Ready to support the development of a new website
• Excellent communication/PR/marketing skills
• Team player
• Ability to work independently
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Interest in energy efficiency and sustainability
• Interest in policy issues
