Senior Specialist (f/m/x) Change Management

As a member of our Project Management Team, you’ll have your fingers on the pulse of automotive change, be involved in projects that have never been seen before, and develop top-notch PM skills.

 

Here’s where you’ll make an impact

  • You’ll coordinating the whole change management process and take over the operational responsibility. Thanks to you, our project management team is always well informed and competently guided by you.
  • For you, it is obvious that you’ll keep track of all current and past changes and will be able to lead the internal and external change board meetings.
  • Furthermore you’ll track the cross-functional evaluation of change requests in alignment with all internal stakeholders.
  • Last but not least, you’ll bring the experience from the projects into the creation and optimization of the existing processes of the PMO and thus make a major contribution to the continuous improvement of our process landscape.

This is your basic equipment

  • Successfully completed business or technical studies or comparable training
  • Relevant professional experience in a comparable function, ideally in the automotive-supplier industry
  • Your English: Off the charts! Your German: Ebenfalls prima! Other strong points of yours: team spirit and the ability to drive change. Your formula for success: “change = chance”.
