To complement our team in Dresden, we are looking for a: Head of PMO (m/w/d) YOUR MAIN TASKS: Management of transformation projects in close coordination with the management and along the corporate strategy Aligned with the business and the needs of the business units, participate in leadership meetings to identify opportunities Strategic orientation and control of an overarching project portfolio Lead the group in identifying best practices and creating standards Conduct continuous benchmarking of VSBorganisationand processes within and outside the industry to identify and adopt benchmarks Responsibility for project planning including budget and resource allocation in coordination with the respective project managers Effective and cross-functional stakeholder management including international project teams and external partners Identifying gaps and driving structural improvements Selecting and implementing project management tools Leading and developing the PMO departmentas well as definition of PMO processes,guidelines, structures and planning of PMO resources Rolloutthe vsb model intocountries and/or branches of business YOUR QUALIFICATIONS: Academical degree in the field of economicsor similar studies or professional education with relevant additional qualificationpaired with an engineering background Severalyears work experience in the management of (transformation) projects, as well as in organisational development and ideally first leadership experience Comprehensive experienceand knowledge in classic and agile project management methods as well as in the coordination and management of stakeholders Extensive communication and organization skills paired with a sound economical mindset Strong ability to solve conflicts in a good balance of assertiveness and diplomacy A high level of intercultural awareness Business fluency in English Willingness for business travelling, primarily within Europe OUR BENEFITS: Permanent employment contract with 30 days annual leave Flexible working hours and possibility of mobile working including allowance for equipment Attractive bonus scheme Monthly childcare allowance of up to 100 euros per child Promotion of sustainable mobility with the JobRad Monthly credit for the TicketPlusCard worth €44 (net) Free hot and cold drinks as well as fruit and vegetable baskets Exciting development opportunities thanks to strong international growth Individually tailored training opportunities Excellent working atmosphere and collegial cooperation Cross-divisional and international project and team work Regular company and team events QUESTIONS?
