ClimatePartner is a leading solution provider for corporate climate action: We combine individual consulting with a cloud-based software that is unique on the market. We help our customers calculate and reduce carbon emissions and offset residual emissions. This renders products and companies carbon neutral, confirmed by our label.

We offer carbon offset projects in different regions and with different technologies and standards. The additional social benefits of the projects are particularly important to us. Our efforts are geared towards the 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) of the United Nations.

ClimatePartner was founded in Munich in 2006. Today, our more than 500 employees are spread across offices in Barcelona, Berlin, Boston, Essen, London, Milan, Munich (HQ), Paris, Stockholm, The Hague, Vienna and Zurich. We work with more than 5,000 companies in 60+ countries.

Your mission

  • You are responsible for proactively developing and executing the employer branding strategy  
  • You are part of the People & Culture Team and work in close collaboration with the Marketing Team 
  • You create ongoing and innovative engagement programs to continuously improve our employer brand and think of new and creative ways to communicate with our target group 
  • You define ClimatePartner‘s employee value proposition together with Marketing and People & Culture
  • You share success stories across the company to reinforce our culture and the inspiring vision of ClimatePartner  
  • You deeply know and understand our business and its people, acting as an advocate for the employee perspective 
  • You gather employee and external feedback to leverage data and drive continuous improvement of our employer branding efforts 

Your profile

  • You have a minimum 5 years of professional experience in employer branding 
  • You have a strong background and understanding of employer branding strategies and tactics 
  • You are a creative storyteller with strong writing skills to communicate with candidates and employees 
  • You are flexible, adaptable, and have the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at once 
  • You are proactive, able to spot future trends and excited to implement new ideas
  • You are comfortable working in an agile environment and enjoy driving continuous improvement 
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a growing international environment 
  • You have the ability to utilize metrics to demonstrate success in strengthening a company’s employer branding proposition
  • You have excellent English and German language proficiency (spoken and written)
