With a unique blend of large firm resources and an entrepreneurial collaborative culture, Guidehouse is where your purpose, passion, and expertise transform organizations and society.

Guidehouse is a leading global provider of consulting services to the public and commercial clients with broad and deep capabilities in management, technology, and risk consulting. Our consultants help clients address their toughest challenges in the face of own, clients’, competitors’, policy and societies’ transformational change, including technology and the regulatory framework. Across a range of advisory, consulting, outsourcing, and technology/analytics services, we help clients create scalable, innovative solutions to face and actively shape these challenges.

Guidehouse has more than 12,000 professionals in over 50 locations worldwide. With proven and diverse expertise in traditional and emerging technologies, markets, and agenda-setting issues we drive national and global economies.

You’ll be part of Guidehouse’s Europe and Middle East (EME) public sector (PS) team within our global Energy, Sustainability and Infrastructure segment (ES&I).

With more than 700 consultants ES&I is the largest energy and sustainability consulting team worldwide. While in ES&I we also collaborate with utilities and energy companies, large corporations, product manufacturers, and investors to help them thrive in a rapidly changing energy environment, our PS team focuses on governments like the European Commission and the German government, where we run many projects in parallel, that provide the backbone for making our society climate neutral as soon as possible.

We base our analyses on and derive our recommendations from science-based reports, technological competences, and an appreciation for practical and innovative approaches. Therefore, Guidehouse’s ES&I segment always strives to be at the cutting edge of climate and energy market developments. Our strength is the development of tailor-made solutions.

You will find more on our website (www.guidehouse.com) about the awesome things we do.

You will join our EME PS team to become another one of our outstanding consultants, who will help us with implementing and progressively manage exciting projects around transformation of the buildings sector towards climate neutrality and sustainability. This will only happen successfully, when technology, society and economy transform in a way that ultimately respects environmental limits.

To meet this complex challenge, consultants with different backgrounds (e.g. engineers, natural, political and social scientists as well as economists) are working together across disciplines. The combination of their technical competence with policy and economy related as well as legal and planning relevant aspects allows the development of well balanced and cost-effective solutions.

You will enjoy your new role, when you have fun in getting an expert in data gathering and analysis, performing complex calculations & simulations, as well as translating the findings into meaningful technical and policy recommendations, report writing and presenting your findings to our clients. In this role you will have lots of opportunity to learn, be challenged and develop your skills at a fast pace. In addition to hands-on experience, formal training programs in our very own Guidehouse Learning platform will teach you the diverse skills you need to succeed.

Can’t wait to join, right? We are excited to have you as well! We would definitely want to meet you if...
