Junior Account Manager Energy Management (m/f)

As our Junior Account Manager Energy Management (m/f) you will help us reinventing energy management by playing an active part in our team. You will support our sales manager with the distribution of our products and services as well as the account management of new and existing clients throughout the entire process from acquisition to customer relationship management.

Your Tasks:
  • You support our sales and business development manager in daily business
  • You prospect, qualify and acquire new clients as well as secure current clients and partners
  • You help us exploring and developing new business opportunities at established and new accounts
  • You translate clients’ and partners’ requests as well as market trends into higher service levels, product modifications, new product development and delivery of sales growth
  • You contribute to a smooth interface with other team members such as technical service and product development to ensure that projects are delivered according to customer contract that also includes customer expectation management
  • You accompany us to prospective and current clients’ locations and represent our company at trade fairs, conventions and conferences
Your Profile:
  • You have completed a commercial or related degree like business administration or alternatively have a technical or similar education
  • You ideally have good knowledge in the fields of energy, building or facility management and are interested in energy efficiency and sustainability
  • Besides excellent communication skills, you have outstanding customer service skills
  • Experience in working via CRM-tools will be a plus
  • You work highly effective and get things done: smart, hardworking, self-motivated
  • You are willing to travel occasionally
  • You are excellent in German and fluent in English
