Head of Finance and Business Development Colombia
(m/f/d)
Responsibilities
- Manage the team based in Colombia and Wiesbaden raising
equity and debt capital
- Negotiate contracts with national and international investors
- Work on power purchase agreements and tenders
- Support our Colombian subsidiary
- Develop our business model and strategy
- Work closely with the project development team and country
manager
- Observe legal, political, and economic developments and
determine their consequences for our operations
- Establish co-operations in the energy and financial sector
- Ensure the exchange between the head office and the
subsidiary company
Qualifications
- A degree in economics
- Several years of international professional experience in
project financing and development
- Business fluency in Spanish and English, ideally also in
German
- Skilled and confident negotiator
- Entrepreneurial and ambitious mindset
- Willingness to travel
