I see my contribution to the whole as system-, process- and information-oriented. Because only by seeing and learning can you change things and create momentum.

To do this, I would like to be part of a progressive, perhaps even agile team in a foundation, social enterprise or NGO that is interested in shaping the future.

  • Build evaluation capacity of stakeholders, participants and team

For family reasons, I would like to be able to work part time from home with fixed days in the office (Berlin-Brandenburg and surrounding area). Alternatively, remote work with regular on-site phases would also be feasible (Germany nationwide, Europe, both preferably in the North for logistical and family reasons).
